He is uniquely positioned to offer advisory services to pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses because of his multidisciplinary training and skillset. He believes in straight talk and consulting without jargon. Hari had his early career in pharmaceuticals, having worked as Associate Director in the Global Strategic Marketing division of Bayer Pharmaceuticals in the US and as Senior Insights Manager in the Global Marketing division of Novartis in Switzerland. Hari is a medical doctor (MB BS) with degrees in business (MBA – General Management, Cardiff Business School, UK; MBA – International Management, Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA), Finance (MSc, London Business School, UK) and Leadership & Strategy (MSc, Sloan Fellow, London Business School, UK). He has also founded and run startups in healthcare, wellness and mobile app development in the UK, the USA and India. He is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast.
If your project is focused on strategy or mergers & acquisitions, it will be Paolo who takes the lead from our side. He holds an MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA. Paolo has previously been with IBM Global Services, Eni, Alix Partners and Ernst & Young. He has led projects in private equity advisory, strategy & market access, operational improvement and mergers & acquisitions integration/ carve-out execution. With this wide range of experience and his specific skills in improving the value proposition of a business , if you have Paolo with you, you are in safe hands indeed.
Marina manages the business intelligence aspects of projects in addition to running the operational side of our business. This includes managing the analysts, the technology and the quality of our work. She is highly numerate, codes as needed, designs KPIs that tie in to our strategy and operational recommendations, and sets up tools for monitoring them. Marina started her career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS, India), followed by stints in other companies in roles of increasing responsibility, leading up to the position of Account Manager (UST Global, USA), heading a team of over 200 people, responsible for the most profitable account for the company. Marina trained as an Electronics Engineer. She has been involved with providing support services to multiple startups and lends her spare time to advising budding entrepreneurs on IT infrastructure and social media marketing. She also has experience founding and running a mobile gaming startup focused on education.
Our other team members are all trained in data science and business analysis. They have extensive experience with quantitative and strategy oriented projects.
